My daughters and I have been without our utilities since Oct 2009. I have been trying to gethelp since May 2010. My main problem has been getting a job because of something on my background. My bill was 4000. dollars and now with the help of a part time job and my local help agency I am stuck needing the last 1000. dollars. I am at a point of frustratuion you wouldn't believe! I am so close to feeling relief from this summer misery, but just can't find the money anywhere. My kids are about to start school and I have nothing for them. I have given everything I had towards this bill. If anyone could help me with even a portion, it could make mine and my girls' life a little easier. I could give the mailing instructions if you don't want to send directly to me, the local agency will accept it and apply it on my behalf.
